The LDMB is registered as a Charitable Trust which is jointly administered by Trustees elected by the three ringing associations within the Lichfield Diocese:
- The North Staffs Association of Change Ringers
- Shropshire Association of Church Bellringers
- Lichfield & Walsall Archdeaconries Society of Change Ringers
